Shipwell Version 2.3.1 Update
Updates to the Shipwell platform have been released!
To better meet the needs of our customers, we’ve developed new functionality within the Shipwell platform and will soon offer Orders.
Please note, this feature is currently in limited availability. More details and general release will be available soon.
Orders will assist users to create shipments based on order details. If you manage logistics and utilize warehouses, this feature will be incredibly valuable. For example, shippers or brokers may create and send an order for products to the Shipwell platform to fulfill. Orders can then be transformed into a quote or directly to a shipment.
Orders will be individually priced and combined into one or multiple shipments.
Residential Address Detection
Additionally, we’re working on making residential deliveries even easier! When entering a residential address, the Shipwell platform will auto-detect a residential address and apply appropriate accessorials.
Leveraging USPS and Experian validation, our e-commerce Shopify customers can begin seeing this functionality.
It will be available platform-wide coming soon.
We’ve updated the interface flow when creating a new quote. Now, Shipment Mode (LTL, Volume LTL, and FTL) are now on the same page as address and item details.

We’ve updated notifications for representatives on a shipment. Now, users who are assigned as a rep on a shipment will receive notifications for cancellations, pickup, delivery, new messages, and shipment booked events.
Through all of these new features, we hope to continue supporting you so you can support your customers better than ever.
