No, you will need to contact your IoT provider directly to establish an account and obtain credentials. Once you have your credentials, work with your Integration Consultant or Customer Success Manager to connect your account to Shipwell.

Is the tracking from my IoT trackers in real-time?
Yes, Shipwell mirrors the tracking configurations you have set within your IoT provider's platform for real-time updates.
Can I configure my IoT devices within Shipwell?
No, device configurations are managed within your IoT provider's platform.
I attached the wrong device to a shipment. Can I change the device?
Yes, you can disconnect a device from a shipment at any time; however, once a device is removed, Shipwell no longer receives tracking or sensor data for that device/shipment.
Can I attach more than one device to a shipment?
No, at this time, the device-to-shipment relationship is 1:1.
If I assign a device in Shipwell, does my IoT provider recognize that the device is unavailable for other shipments?
Yes, once a device is assigned in either Shipwell or your IoT provider's platform, it becomes unavailable for other shipments until released.
When does a device become available for assignment to a shipment?
When the shipment status is updated to “Delivered.”
